Jim "Doc" Davis is a lifelong resident of Davenport and has seen the deterioration of downtown with businesses moving to the outer areas of Davenport, neighborhood property values decline in some areas and has seen a bad element, gangs and violence move in. Doc heard a "call" to do something about these concerns, and others, and he wants to be Davenport's next Mayor to help better his hometown. 

Doc runs a thriving chiropractic business in Davenport and Moline. Doc feels that he can help Davenport's economy by reducing the negative elements; which in turn would help increase the morale of people living in and around Davenport. He is not doing this for himself he is running for you! Let's make Davenport a safe place to raise a family; run a business and become an enjoyable place to retire.

Doc Davis could not have come at a better time. Residents of Davenport are wanting change; they are demanding a better image than the one portrayed in the news.
