Because I can then, more effectively get my name out to you prior to election. I want you to see Our signs in the yards of all who want to "Make A Change" toward the positive in Davenport. I want You to see some ads in the newspaper (so would the newspaper company) and on the radio. I want You to see The Mayor that You put into office on the streets and in the community centers listening to Your concerns. I want you to come to know, that Results are happening from that guy You helped put into office - Doc Davis.   I want you to get into that "Feel Good" feeling of helping someone, helping Doc Davis into the Mayoral seat before I get into office, and then helping some more after I get into office, so that when I am in office, You will continue to help me make Davenport safe again; You will continue to help make our schools a fun place to be  again; You will help some more in taking back the streets by volunteering to go on patrols with your Neighborhood Watch Groups; you can help more by getting to know your neighbors and then you will help us become a more cohesive family community! I want you to Help me so that I can help you enjoy this wonderful place called Davenport, Iowa; A Safe and Harmonious City!    Thank you very much. - Doc
